More and more I am realizing

That I am the ocean

That I am not my plesseant thought

Or my terrible thought

My great feeling

Or my fucked up feeling

But that it’s al there

As a wave in the ocean

Sometimes even at the same moment

That it’s possible to see it all from a bigger perspective

Not connecting to the one feeling or thought

Just being the ocean

Connected by life
